Drink Water

Leg pain can result from muscle cramps. Most muscle cramps are caused by fatigue, overuse, or dehydration. [5] If you’re often developing painful cramps in your legs, you simply might not be drinking enough water.
Drink a lot more water than you usually do. Choose mineral or spring water which both contain many useful electrolytes whenever you can. Cut down on alcohol and caffeine consumption. They upset your electrolyte balance and can cause dehydration.
Walk around a Bit
Not moving your legs at all when you have pain might seem like the best option for relief many times. It sometimes is, because moving your legs can hurt or even worsen your injuries. But staying sedentary can also worsen the problem.
If you legs can take it, walk around a little. This will help improve blood circulation and relieve pain. It is also a low-intensity way to exercise your legs and reduce cramps.
