The primary symptom of Hidradenitis suppurativa is a painful skin breakout that is commonly found on any of these areas:
- Between the buttocks
- Armpits
- Groin
- Under the breasts
- Inner thighs
- Anus

- Nodules that leak or drain
- red, pimple-like bumps

Symptoms of Hidradenitis suppurativa may exacerbate over time if proper treatment is not given on time. It may result in the following:
- Scars that form as persistent breakouts
