Lipomas & Congenital cyst
Lipomas don’t always need treatment. However, surgical removal can be done if they grow too large, cause symptoms, or are for cosmetic reasons.
Surgical removal is highly recommended for congenital cysts to prevent them from growing too large or getting infected.
