Challenge the brain

This does not necessarily have to be a crossword puzzle or scramble except if the patient enjoys it and can do it without frustration. It might involve doing hobbies the patient always enjoyed in the past, like playing piano, singing, dancing, swimming, or going to service if they had a longtime place of worship.
