Blood in Stool

Do not ignore any blood in your stool. [9] It could be a sign of internal injury, ulcer, or other chronic gastrointestinal diseases. It could also be a sign of gastric cancer. This is a common symptom of more advanced tumor growth.
You should report any incidence of blood in your stool to your doctor even if it has stopped. If your symptoms are caused by cancer, your doctor will go over treatment options with you.
Yellowish Eyes and Skin
Jaundice is a yellowing of the eyes and skin. It is caused by the accumulation of bile pigment in the blood due to liver problems. This symptom appears in the later stages of gastric cancer. At this point, the tumor has spread into nearby organs including the liver. [10]
