Every person has experienced perspiration and bouts of dry cough in their lifetime. At first, there is a slight discomfort in the throat, which gradually increases. Milk with Honey
As one of the most effective cough remediesm, milk dilutes phlegm and also has emollient, mucolytic, and expectorant properties.
You can drink warm milk with honey, butter, or mineral water.  Milk broth with fig fruits has been used since ancient times for whooping cough and is considered a cough medicine.
Milk with garlic has a good disinfecting and antimicrobial effect, however, this mixture should be used with caution in young children, pregnant and lactating women, as well as people with gastrointestinal diseases.
If the cough torments the child, and he does not really want to drink warm milk at night, you can make him milk with a banana: grind a banana in a blender, add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa and honey, and pour the resulting mixture with hot milk.
