Onion

The onion head is chopped in a blender or in a meat grinder, and the juice is squeezed out of it. Add 1 tsp of honey, mix well and leave for 2-3 hours at room temperature. Take 0.5 tsp. in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the evening, for 7 days.

One of the easiest methods of using onions for coughs and colds is by inhalation. It is enough to chop the onion and deeply inhale the substances that are released into the air by the onion. Also, medicinal syrups (by making use of honey or sugar), infusions, decoctions (most times made with milk), and tinctures can be prepared with onions.
