Cranberry juice

Cranberries are natural oral rehydration solutions. These small berries contain a lot of water and good amounts of sugar and salt. Cranberry juice is rich in important hydrating electrolytes, such as sodium and potassium.
Make sure your cranberry juice is fresh when you drink it. You can drink up to two cups a day. Cranberry juice contains a lot of sugar [5], so you shouldn’t take too much of it if you’re watching your calories.
Barley water
Barley water is a good remedy for dehydration [6]. It contains useful electrolytes and can help bring quick relief when you are dehydrated. On top of this, it contains a lot of vitamins and antioxidants and is great for digestion.
To prepare it, boil barley in water for about 35 minutes then add honey and lemon juice. You’ll need about half a cup of barley, one teaspoon of lemon juice, and two cups of water. The honey is to give it sweeten it. You can drink this up to 3 times a day.
