Chronic Chest Pain or Heartburn
Patients experience chronic heartburn or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Sometimes patients experience pains a few moments after swallowing. This is usually noticed late by medical doctors and can sometimes imply any other medical condition. It would be best if you got adequately checked by a physician. Chronic chest pain happens when food or fluid reaches the site of cancer in the esophagus. This symptom is usually challenging to identify because other diseases are characterized by it. If a patient has acid reflux, an alteration in the quality or complications of chest pain symptoms may indicate the presence of cancer. Some people also feel chest pressure and feelings similar to a heart attack.
