Strengthen Your Immune System

A weak immune system puts you at a greater risk of the inflection. It will help to strengthen your immune system. A strong immune system helps your body fight off infections. They also help reduce the severity of your symptoms when you get sick.

One major way to build your immune system is regular sleep, sleep at least 7 to 9 hours per night. Also regular exercise at least 30 minutes, three times a week.

A healthy, nutrient-rich eating plan will also help strengthen one’s immune system. Limit sugar, junk foods, and fatty foods. A variety of fruits and vegetables, which are full of vitamins and antioxidants [3], to promote good health is highly recommended.  Your doctor can also prescribe a multivitamin to provide the immune system support.
