Boiled Rice & Black Radish Juice

Often, the course of gouty arthritis is complicated by the formation of inflammatory edema, which squeezes the periarticular tissues and sensitive nerve endings, thus provoking increased pain. To remove accumulated excess fluid from the body, you can make use of boiled rice. 2-3 tablespoons of the cereal are soaked in cold water in the evening and left overnight. In the morning, the liquid that has not been absorbed is drained, and the rice is washed. Add fresh water, boil the cereals until tender, and eat the rice. After eating rice, nothing should be eaten for a couple of hours.

Radish is low in purine [7] and helps to reduce gout. Take a large root of the crop, wash thoroughly under running water, dry it, and cut off 1-1.5 cm of the top with a knife. The pulp is carefully chopped so as not to pierce the skin of the radish. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to it, cover with a cut “lid,” and leave in a dark warm place for 2-3 days. A teaspoon of the resulting juice is then taken 2 times a day after meals.
