Watch Your Caffeine Intake

Those who typically drink 1-3 cups of coffee a day are unlikely to see their blood pressure go up.
However, if you drink a lot of coffee or even a little while you’re not used to it, your blood pressure can increase.
On the other hand, energy drinks containing a lot of caffeine may raise blood pressure and, thus, the risk of cardiovascular issues. Energy drink intake is not recommended by experts, especially for young people with pre-existing medical concerns.
Try decaffeinated coffee if you notice that caffeine is making you feel unwell.
