Eat Dark Chocolate

Typically, 70-85% of cacao is found in dark chocolate.
Flavonoids are an antioxidant that are present in cacao and may help lower blood pressure. Flavonoids may cause your blood vessels to widen or dilate, thereby lowering your blood pressure.
The American Heart Association points out that while a small amount of dark chocolate is unlikely to be harmful, the amount that a person is likely to consume daily is probably insufficient to provide enough flavonoids to have a positive impact on health.
High-calorie, high-fat, or high-sugar chocolate may not be healthy.
