Spinal Rotation

- Sit on a flat surface, bend your knees and make sure your feet are flat on the floor.
- Turn your torso to the left, with your right arm pressing against the outside of your right knee and then turning to look behind you.
- Hold this position, then repeat on the other side.
These stretches would help ease off the pain, reduce inflammation and irritation on the leg. Be careful not to over-do these stretches, so as not to further complicate things. Also, only perform stretches you can comfortably do.
