- Being rude
- By putting a person down
- By hiding behind cruel jokes
- By criticizing
For example, a narcissist will always make fun of someone that feels insecure about their appearance.
They Fear Abandonment
According to research, the behavioral traits exhibited by narcissists is as a result of their fear of abandonment. However, in most cases, it is the narcissist that abandons people.
