Conclusion

A good night’s sleep typically leaves you feeling pretty darn wonderful, but sleeping in too late might make you feel worried, guilty, and irritable. After sleeping in, try some relaxing breathing techniques or a loving-kindness meditation to see if you can’t get over your bad attitude.
Those hours you lost can’t be recovered, but that’s okay. Self-compassion can help you make the most of the hours that are left because tomorrow is another day.
