Chronic Aches and Pains
In most cases where there are increased levels of stress, constant aches and pains are a common complaint. These aches and pains are characterized with muscle weakness, soreness and inflammation. The whole body or a part of the body may be affected. These pains may affect movement and daily function. It may also cause a lot of unease and discomfort. A study of 37 teenagers with the sickle cell disease showed that an increase in daily pain levels led to an increase in their stress levels.
Stress is a condition that everyone experiences at some point in life. However, it can affect a person’s health negatively which results in the manifestation of those symptoms. There are a lot of ways through which stress can be relieved including taking rests and practicing yoga. You should also visit a doctor for further advice and treatment options.
