Baking soda

Baking soda is a form of sodium bicarbonate, and research has proven that sodium bicarbonate as a disinfectant is an effective solution to treat candida Albicans. Even though it is not the most effective disinfectant, baking soda is a viable disinfectant. Rinsing your mouth with baking soda could help to treat oral thrush, especially if it is associated with Candida Albicans.

To apply baking soda as a remedy. To dissolve ½ teaspoon of baking soda in 1 cup of warm water, ensure that the water is warm and the ratio of the salt to water is balanced. Swish the solution throughout your mouth, and it is important not to swallow it, then spit it out after.
