10 Early Signs of Parkinson’s Disease

Loss of Smell

One of the early signs of Parkinson’s disease is when you can no longer smell certain foods very well. When it begins to seem like you are finding it hard to catch the scent of certain foods like bananas, dill pickles, it raises suspicion for Parkinson’s disease. This is why you should take your time to eat healthy foods so that you can enjoy and savor the taste of your favorite food for as long as possible.

Sometimes the sudden change in your sense of smell may be because of a cold, flu and possibly cause your nose to be stuffy. If this is the case, it should come back to normal after a while when you feel better. If it persists, then you should immediately visit a doctor. It should come back when you are better.
