Trouble Moving or Walking

Stiffness is an issue that many people experience at one time or another. Whether you are a professional, a student, working in your local area, or have a regular job, stiffness can be annoying for anyone. When a part of the muscles in your body become stiff, you may not be able to move it properly, therefore, limiting your range of motion. If you notice that your arms don’t swing when you walk, that is another form of stiffness. This stiffness could go away when you start to build muscle mass.

Stiffness may not necessarily mean that you have Parkinson’s disease, especially if it goes away after some time. However, you should know that if it persists and begins to cause pain in your hips or shoulder, you should treat it urgently and keep in mind that it could mean you have Parkinson’s disease.
