Steam and Sauna

The easiest way to get rid of a dry nose is to inhale steam at regular intervals. This soothing remedy softens the dried mucus in the nasal passages. The process will require hot water, a large bowl, and a big towel.
What to do
- Pour the hot water in the bowl.
- Cover your head with the towel and inhale the steam from the bowl for about 10 minutes.
- Blow your nose gently after this.
- Repeat this two to four times a day.
Who doesn’t enjoy taking a sauna bath? It is among the greatest remedies for tight muscles and dry nose. If you don’t like sauna baths, just heat up a bath, add a few drops of essential oil, and spend a few minutes indulging in its benefits. If you want a dry nose instead of a leaky one, don’t stay in for too long.
