Bend the right leg, placing the right ankle over the left knee

The individual needs to ensure that they are leaning forward and allowing the upper body to reach the thighs.

Remain in that position for a quarter to half a minute. Ensure that this is repeated for the other side.
Reclining Pigeon Pose

The person needs to lay on his or her back, move the right leg up to 90 degrees—closeup hands behind the thigh.

Raise the left leg in and move the right ankle over the left knee.

Remain in the position for some time to stretch the piriformis muscle.
