If it is accompanied by other symptoms, such as headache, fever, weakness of the limbs, and other symptoms, your doctor may recommend undergoing other tests.

Do you constantly lose weight even when you are eating healthy? If you notice you are losing weight without any alterations in your diet or exercise, it could be a sign of a severe throat problem. If you lose 10 pounds or more, it could be a sign of throat cancer.
