Studies show that sim essential oils can help reduce period cramps when applied into the abdomen, especially when used in a blend of oils.
The following oils are the most effective at reducing period cramps include:
- Lavender

Before using essential oils, it would help to mix them with a carrier oil, such as jojoba oil or coconut oil.
