It’s typical to experience a variety of emotions this month, whether you’re anxious to meet your child (and for your pregnancy to be finished!) or stressed out by the prospect of becoming a parent soon.

You can unwind and relax by hanging out with your pals (even over Zoom or FaceTime!), having a mani/pedi [1] (particularly wonderful if your bump is making it difficult for you to reach your toes), practicing prenatal yoga [2], and meditation are effective ways to relax and unwind.

At this point in your pregnancy, you may be feeling really exhausted, so taking some time to unwind and pamper yourself might also have the added benefit of reviving you.
