Blood malignancies and HCV both increase the risk of vascular disease, or inflammation of the blood vessels. It is one of the most remarkable manifestations of HCV that takes place outside the liver. Moreover, NHL and other immune system disorders may have it as a precursor.

Vasculitis signs and symptoms include:

  • fever
  • muscle aches
  • headache
  • Weight loss

You experience vasculitis when the abnormality in which the immune system attacks blood vessel cells, and you are unable to identify the exact causes. There are various types of this condition, including:

  • Behçet’s disease
  • Takayasu’s arteritis
  • Kawasaki disease
  • giant cell arteritis
