According to a study released by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in 2017, EMFs can act carcinogenic in humans. This study was released by 30 scientists from different countries.
Studies regarding the possible relationship between EMFs and brain cancer have been consistent. For instance, a 2017 study review showed that EMF radiation from mobile devices can lead to glioma [2]( a type of cancer). In 2018, another study contradicted the last one by discovering that there was no clear association between brain tumors [3] and high frequency EMFs.
Due to the inconsistency of these studies, more research needs to be done to understand the possible relationship between 5G frequency and cancer [4].
