Accept Yourself

A major characteristic of mindful meditation is non-judgment. Perfectionists usually have a difficult time learning this element. If you are always telling yourself you are not good enough or scolding yourself for your inability to let go of perfectionistic tendencies, it would help to radically accept yourself. According to experts, the inability to let go of something always makes me feel worse.
Experts recommend questions like:
- How does it feel to accept that what you’re doing is hard?
- What would it feel like to accept the fact that letting go isn’t working right now?
- What would it feel like to accept the perfectionist part of you at this moment?
