Increasing the amount you exercise is one of the most effective ways to help improve your body composition.

While several websites suggest specific exercises to perform, there is no particular workout that is known to reduce “skinny fat” body composition. Instead, simply look for a type of exercise you enjoy and make it a part of your weekly routine.
