Coffee is a widely known beverage. In addition to helping you burn fat, coffee can help improve mood and performance. This is because of the presence of caffeine, a stimulant.
A study found that people who used caffeine before exercising burned almost double more fat than people who exercised without caffeine. The caffeinated group of people also had increased endurance, exercising more around 17 percent  longer than the group not given caffeine.
Another study  was done where participants consumed 100 milligrams of caffeine every two hours for 12 hours. Obese participants burned 79 more calories than they normally would without caffeine.
Drink between 100 to 400 milligrams of coffee or about one to four cups.
