Dogs Adapt Easier to Change
Dogs tend to accept change more easily. When the owner acts as though such change is no big deal then the dog would have no problem adjusting to it. However, there are some fearful dogs [2] that might not take it well but generally speaking dogs are calmer when there is an alteration in their lifestyle.
Compare to cat. Cats do not like change and are sensitive to their environment. Cats take more time to adapt to their environment as oppose to dogs that take their cues from their owner and won’t cause a fuss if the owner acts calm. Cats want proof that the change is not harmful.
