What are the causes of dysania?

Dysania is linked to multiple health conditions. The following conditions play significant roles in causing dysania, sleep inertia, or fatigue.
Chronic fatigue syndrome/ Myalgic encephalomyelitis
A common symptom of ME/CFS is the constant feeling of tiredness even after having a good night’s rest. In some cases, you may also experience “crashes,” a situation characterized by feeling exhausted after every physical or mental activity that is demanding. More research needs to be done to understand what causes CFS/ME. It mostly occurs after extreme stress, an immune disorder, or an infection. It can also be caused by some genetic factors.
