Jardiance (empagliflozin)
Doctors prescribe Jardiance to adults with type 2 diabetes for the following purposes:

Jardiance was approved by the FDA in 2014. Its standard dosage is 10-25 mg per day.
Steglatro (ertugliflozin)
Steglatro is prescribed for adults diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The standard dosage is 5-15 mg per day. It helps enhance the effective management of blood sugar levels. Its FDA approval was confirmed in 2017.
In most cases, doctors prescribe other diabetes drugs, such as Metformin with an SGLT2 inhibitor to treat type 2 diabetes.
