Topiramate can interact with other drugs and affect the way they work. Some of the drugs Topiramate can interact with include the following:

Drugs used to treat Parkinson’s disease
Drugs used to for birth control
Drugs that helps to depress the central nervous system
Digoxin
Ibuprofen [6]
Carbamazepine
Aspirin
Ipratropium
Atropine

If you are on any of these medications or any other medication, make sure you tell your doctor. Topiramate can reduce the effectiveness of any other medication you are on.
