Sling Surgery
This would involve the use a piece of body tissue, called fascia, or a man-made material to create a sling or hammock-like structure that cradles the sagging bladder neck. The sling helps support the bladder neck and urethra. If your surgeon would be using a tissue, it would be taken from your abdominal wall or a donated tissue.
