Chest pain can be due to several heart-related causes like heart attacks, angina, pericarditis, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, and aortic dissection. Avoid self-medication when you observe chest pain. Ensure that you consult the doctor to know whether it’s due to anemia or other possible causes.
