Not Sleeping Enough, Inadequate Exercising or Excess Exercising

Do not make the mistake of not getting enough sleep if you have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, as it could worsen your condition and slow down your treatment. Lack of sleep would only give room for more depression, pain and fatigue. It is essential you sleep well at night, make it a priority, and observe that you can manage the condition better.
Engaging in activities and performing exercise is an essential part of managing your RA. However, it would be best if you found the right balance. You need to make sure you are not over stressing yourself and getting enough exercise to build your joint strength and lose weight. If possible, you can seek the help of a physical therapist.
