Causes of Eosinophilic Asthma

Age

Studies have shown that this condition is common in two age brackets, including adults aged twenty-five to thirty-five, and thirty-five to fifty. [3] Persons within these age brackets have high risks of developing respiratory illness. [4] Unlike some types of asthma that is prevalent in kids, this condition rarely affects pediatrics. Hence, the cause may be linked to certain factors that are common during early and mid-adulthood. Extensive research may be able to link the cause to environmental factors or bodily changes that occur within the ages of twenty-five to fifty. However, there are certain exceptions as eosinophilic asthma sometimes occurs in older adults and kids.

Generally, asthma was thought to be a childhood disease, but this type is known to be common in adults; however, the symptoms may differ between children and adults.
