How to Identity Asthma – Signs and Symptoms

Chest Pain/Tightness

Chest pain or tightness is a common symptom in Asthma. People with Asthma experience this pain in front of their chest. Some people describe it as burning pain or stabbing pain in the chest. Some others describe it as compression or squeezing of the chest. Either way,  It can be associated with other symptoms such as, pain in the superior abdomen, pain in the shoulders, nausea, sweating, feeling dizzy, nervousness, etc.

The difference in the severity of chest pain among individuals is probably due to variations in age, body mass, sex, etc.
