Bursitis

Bursitis [8] is primarily brought on by simple joint overuse. People who develop bursitis typically have a job or activity that consistently places stress on one or more of their joints in particular.
Bursitis causes swelling and pain in the bursa, a tiny, fluid-filled sac found surrounding your joints.
Your body has more than 150 bursae, thus bursitis can cause joint pain practically anywhere, including the shoulders, elbows, knees, feet, hips, and buttocks.
This type of joint discomfort may start suddenly or develop gradually over time. Give yourself adequate relaxation after performing repetitive duties to avoid developing bursitis.
