Home Treatments & Remedies for Gout Pain

Gout is a joint disease caused by uric acid salt deposition in the joints. It can cause a painful sensation in the joints of the elbows, hands, knees, fingers, and feet. The gout of the toe is the most common form of gout.  Diseases of the joints affect not only elderly and aged people, but it has also been recently shown to affect younger and middle-aged individuals. Joints diseases significantly affect the general well-being and lifestyle of individuals because they cause discomfort, stiffness of movements, and pain. Gout is one of the commonest forms of joint disease. Is it possible to treat and cope with this disease? The tactics of therapy and treatment of gout largely depend on the stage of the disease, the severity of symptoms, and the number of complications that have developed. If the primary pathology of the joints of the legs is detected at the initial stage, then often it is not even necessary to take pharmacological drugs. However, home remedies have also been shown to be very effective in the early stages. Some of the most common treatment methods are listed below:

Lemon Juice & Chamomile Decoction

Traditional healers recommend taking 1 teaspoon of lemon juice [1] after meals 1-2 times a day for gout of the joints of the legs, but only in the absence of severe gastric pathologies. Lemon juice is broken down into substances that partially neutralize uric acid and stimulate its excretion.

It is easier to prepare a decoction than a tincture since you do not need to spend a lot of time on the recipe. To do this, you will have to pour the flowers of the raw vegetable plant into 2 liters of boiling water and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Allow it to cool to a comfortable temperature, and add a tablespoon of salt. Then take this chamomile decoction as a drink.
