Gentle Exercise and Stretching

Exercise plays a significant role in reducing elbow pain. The exercise must be gentle. Exercise your arm straight and put your hands as if you’re making a stop motion. Pull your fingers back towards your arm gently for 15 seconds. Rest for a while and repeat. The purpose of the opposite stretch is to keep your arm straight. Drop your hand, so it lies below your wrist. Ensure your pal is facing your body. Apply gentle pressure to your hand and push it towards you. Rest for a while, then repeat.
You can also lift weight to strengthen your forearm. However, you must speak with your healthcare provider or a physical therapist to know if you’re doing the right posture.
