Cold Hands and Feet, Cramping and Tingling in Limbs

Study shows that people with anemia may experience cold hands and feet even in warm weather because of bad circulation. The hands and feet start to feel cold because a low amount of blood is sent to those regions.
The muscles in the leg are larger than in the muscles in most parts of the body. Therefore, they need a large supply of blood and oxygen to function properly. If you are deprived of oxygen, these muscles will work tirelessly, resulting in weakness, fatigue [1], severe cramps, and restless leg syndrome (RLS), which may contribute to insomnia [2]. Anemic patients may experience an itchy or crawling sensation in the legs and feet, which can worsen at night.
