Side to Side Wrist Bend

The following are a few stages for playing out the side to side wrist twist workout.
- Spot the hand palm down on a table, with the wrist straight.
- Twist the wrist beyond what many would consider possible to one side.
- Hold for 2 seconds.
- Move the wrist back to the middle.
- Twist the wrist beyond what many would consider possible to one side.
- Hold for 2 seconds.
- Move the wrist back to the middle.
- Rehash multiple times on each side.
Hand Turn
The following are a few stages for playing out the hand turn workout.
- Spot the hand on the table, with the palm confronting downwards.
- Gradually turn the palm up, to the extent it is agreeable.
- Hold for 2 seconds.
- Turn the hand back over so the palm is confronting lower.
- Rehash the activity multiple times.
