Side to Side Wrist Bend

The following are a few stages for playing out the side to side wrist twist workout.

  • Spot the hand palm down on a table, with the wrist straight.
  • Twist the wrist beyond what many would consider possible to one side.
  • Hold for 2 seconds.
  • Move the wrist back to the middle.
  • Twist the wrist beyond what many would consider possible to one side.
  • Hold for 2 seconds.
  • Move the wrist back to the middle.
  • Rehash multiple times on each side.

Hand Turn

The following are a few stages for playing out the hand turn workout.

  • Spot the hand on the table, with the palm confronting downwards.
  • Gradually turn the palm up, to the extent it is agreeable.
  • Hold for 2 seconds.
  • Turn the hand back over so the palm is confronting lower.
  • Rehash the activity multiple times.
