Runny nose
A runny nose is a symptom of many types of allergies. It is also a symptom of many conditions unrelated to allergy. For people with mild tree pollen allergy, developing a runny nose [2] seasonally may not mean much. You may not even suspect pollen allergy since many unrelated conditions can trigger it.
Having a runny nose can be extremely uncomfortable. It can cause embarrassment if you cannot get it under control around others. Always make sure to carry a handkerchief, napkin, or tissue to wipe mucus that strays out your nostrils. Make sure to use your allergy medications to limit this symptom.
