Child Pose or Balasana
This simple yoga pose helps relieve tension from your neck to your lower back.
Perform this stretch with these steps:
- Place your hands and knees on the floor and sit on your heels.
- Bend forward at your hips and walking your hands out in front of you.
- Rest on your belly and thighs.
- Stretch your hands in front of you with your palms turned upwards.
- Inhale and exhale. You’ll feel your body stretch as you do this.
- Remain like this for 1 minute.
