Cinnamon

Several studies show that when you give cinnamon to a mouse, the ability to treat the accumulation of protein in the brain that is associated with Alzheimer’s disease improves. It also improved their cognitive function and memory. Also, cinnamon has been associated with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, along with heart and reduced blood pressure.
Studies show that simply smelling cinnamon can enhance memory performance. Cinnamon contains a high level of manganese [4] which is an antioxidant. You should know that a certain amount of sodium benzoate produced from cinnamon crosses the blood-brain barrier.
Fish
Most fishes contain omega 3 fatty acids which are important for brain health. Examples of fishes rich in this acid are; sardines, halibut, salmon, herring tuna, and trout. There are two omega acids found in fish: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Fish is also a good source of vitamin D [5] and vitamin B12 [6] which prevents cognitive decline and memory loss. They are also used to keep the nerves and blood vessels healthy.
