Ball Pinch

- Pick up a ball with your affected hand and hold it between your thumb, index and middle fingers.
- Squeeze the ball using the tips of those fingers.
- Hold the squeeze for some seconds, then relax.
- Do it 20 times.
Wrist Curl
You need water, a chair and a table of counter, following these steps to do it:
- Sit in a chair not a table or counter.
- Put elbow that connects to your affected hand and the surface of the table or counter, then stretch your forearm forward.
- Put the water bottle in your hands.
- Supported your affected hand by gripping your writs with the opposite hand.
- Use your wrist to curl the water bottle up slowly, then extend it back down.
- Do it 4 or 5 times.
