Ball Pinch

  • Pick up a ball with your affected hand and hold it between your thumb, index and middle fingers.
  • Squeeze the ball using the tips of those fingers.
  • Hold the squeeze for some seconds, then relax.
  • Do it 20 times.

Wrist Curl

You need water, a chair and a table of counter, following these steps to do it:

  • Sit in a chair not a table or counter.
  • Put elbow that connects to your affected hand and the surface of the table or counter, then stretch your forearm forward.
  • Put the water bottle in your hands.
  • Supported your affected hand by gripping your writs with the opposite hand.
  • Use your wrist to curl the water bottle up slowly, then extend it back down.
  • Do it 4 or 5 times.
