Finger extension
Finger extensions can be done anywhere. You do not need to employ any equipment. Follow these steps [2] to do it properly:
- Stretch your arms straight in front of you with your hands balled up into a fist.
- Gently release your grip and let your fingers straighten out completely.
- Spread your fingers as far apart as you can without dropping your hand.
- Return to your starting pose and repeat this exercise for five or more minutes.
You can do the finger extension exercise as many times a day as you want to.
