Thumb to finger

This is another simple exercise [3] you can perform anywhere. Many people already do it without even knowing and are unaware of the benefits. To start:

  • Extend your hand with your fingers stretched out.
  • Keep your thumb apart from your other fingers.
  • Slowly bring your index finger to touch the tip of the thumb and form an “O” shape.
  • Do this separately with all your fingers.
  • Repeat this exercise up to ten times with each hand.

Do this exercise as many times as you need it throughout the day.
